Refund policy
If your order doesn't meet your expectations, kindly reach out to us promptly by emailing concierge@bearddye.com to elucidate the reasons for returning the items. We strive to respond within 24 hours on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
For item returns, please send the goods directly back to us within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges. Ensure that return packages are postmarked no later than 14 days from the original delivery date.
Approval from customer support is required for returns, and the items should be accompanied by the original sales receipt, unopened, and in their original individual packaging.
Return Process:
Use any postal service or courier for returns, with the customer covering return shipping costs and responsibility for lost or damaged items. We recommend insuring your package and using a shipper with tracking capabilities. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be initiated by the shipper. Kindly notify us via email with confirmation from your postal service.
Upon receiving the returned items in their original condition, we will send a confirmation email and process the refund using the same payment method as your order. Typically, the return process takes 1-3 days. Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Compensation for shipping costs (if agreed with our customer service) can only be provided through a discount on your next order, fully or partially.
We will reimburse shipping costs in cases of defective products or if an item was sent in error.
